Picked this up from the owner at the CITO Event today. She couldn’t wait to get rid of it - is this stolen property? It’s a cute little shovel - maybe she used it to scoop her dog’s poop. Perhaps that is why she practically threw it at me. Eeewwww - I will move it along shortly.
