Current Goal

This TB is for my two grandaughters Ava Sophie and Emma Rose. Im partial to girls seeing as i had two myself who are now beautiful grown women, giving me the most blessed gift of grandchildren (x3 so far)!!

I was present and honoured to witness and film all three of my grandchildrens births.  Ava's a baby sister to Evan, born April 2014 (also a natural home water birth) had her ambilical cord cut by no other than me while mid-wives and dad were busy with other things WOW how cool is THAT. She was named after my late mother Sophie, (RIP mom). 

Emma is our newest family member, born Jan 2015 ultrasound said boy, ultrasounds are apparently 95% accurate so his name was going to be Noah, his room was painted blue and most of his wardrode - we all had a good chuckle when our small 9lb boy was delivered ...a GIRL... named Emma ROSE...you KNOW this nana is loving life, enjoying every second of every minute i get with my grandbabies....would like our two little princesses to travel around the Caribbean for awhile, explore this beautiful world and all it has to offer, see lotsa caches along the way and most of all stay happy, and healthy, cheers from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada

This cache is in the parking lot area for Fort Langley National Historic Site. The fort dates to 1858, during the early days of the Colony of British Columbia, later a province of Canada. The fort was built by the Hudson's Bay Company, above the bank of the Fraser River.
