Moon and Stars

RE-RELEASED AS A PROXY ON 2/20/22 AFTER BEING RETRIEVED OVER 30 MONTHS AGO, BUT WITH NO ACTIVITY SINCE THEN, AND, AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS, WE WERE UNABLE TO GET THE GEOCACHER THAT RETRIEVED IT TO PLACE IT IN ANOTHER CACHE.  IT HAD TRAVELED OVER 19.436 MILES BEFORE IT STOPPED MOVING NEAR BOISCHATEL, QUEBEC, CANADA!!

The moon and stars have always been celestial objects used for navigation and time.

This medallion was initially placed by Grammie (Cathy) Lewis in Houston, TX, who wants to watch these moon and stars travel around the world.

The medallion is made with a glow-in-the-dark enamel color and measures 1" diameter, so it fits easily in containers as small as 35mm.  It also incIudes a 3.5" long chain to attach other items for the trip.

Bonjour from Quebec!! Took you on a geo-hike thru the woods the other day, where there was still some snow on the ground.... in May! Don't worry, it will be gone soon. Then took you to see the Montmorency Falls, where there is lots and lots of water falling, because they had lots and lots of snow this year! Attached are a couple of photos.
