About This Item

2006 DarrylW4 Mini Film Canister Coin

The "Launched" series of geocoins is our personal geocoin which we (Firefly03 and I) are sending into the wild. Our goal is to drop one into each cache we visit for 2006 and see how many geocachers can log the coins as they move from cache-to-cache. Bronze coins are being released into most of the caches. We had a few gold coins made though which we're reserving for exceptional caches and for gifts and trade with individuals.

    Grabbed this coin after a bit of a geocaching hike, and then a lunch stop. I was happy to see there was a trackable in the cache. My job has me moving around an awful lot so I may try to get this little fella to log some miles and maybe meet some cachers.
