Greetings from Australia!!
Sorry we took so long to log [newbies!!]. We grabbed Bamboo just before Christmas 2015.
Anyway, you will be pleased to know that Bamboo has come to the southern hemisphere to hang out at our local beach at Currumbin, Gold Coast, Australia.
We will keep her very safe and comfortable until we find a suitable Hotel to bump her along.
She has today met our pet beagle Milo, watched a baby scrub turkey scratch in our backyard, helped rescue a rainbow lorikeet which flew into our house, and offered advice as we built our new guinea pig home.
As for animal stories, there are so many many many....the first that springs to mind is driving in the country and feeling a large huntsman spider crawl out of my hat (which was on my head!), crawl across my face, and then try to hide inside my left ear. Not very fun for the driver I can tell you.
Anyway, we are sorry for the stress and hope you can now rest easy....at least until we set Bamboo free once again....
