This trackable is headed for the Pacific Northwest!  Signal left it in Omaha during Geocoin Fest 2015 and it wants to be reunited. Unless you meet Signal on the trail somewhere, take it northwest towards Geocaching HQ in Seattle, that's where he spends most of his time.
