About This Item

bluesnailboy.jpg

I am snail boy and I'm blue (in color). I have left the confines of my little shell and found a nice little box to reside in. Even though I am a travel bug, I have no desire to travel....unless its to a nice remote mountain top or some hard to reach place where few cachers will go (think '1942 B-18' by Plotthound2, for example, in New Hampshire).....one in which I can sleep.

Wow. What a great place and great day to visit. Hurrican Ivan had dumped all the previous day and night and Major Stanley and I showed up very early to gaze in awe at the power of the "creek" in full force. We started from the lower site, but were shut out at a bend in the river about a mile in. Still an awesome show, we'll never forget it!

We went to the upper access and walked down to find the trail closed due to dangerous conditions, but we'll be back for the full experience. We left the best TB I've ever seen, Blue Snail Boy, and hope that he enjoys the serenity that proves Ithaca is Gorges!!

We're from near Saratoga, but will be back. Good luck SNAIL BOY...pics to follow.

This is most beautiful TB I have ever seen. All loggers who follow MUST respect this one...make sure you visit a cache large enough, don't stuff him in a confining spot.

I'll be giving the Blue Boy some meditation spots first in our beautiful gardens before fall flies in our faces...then place in an Adirondack cache to contemplate the wonders of winter...unless someone moves him along sooner.

Thanks for the beautiful effort that it took in creating this TB...a nice change.

Now that this bug has been retrieved from a difficult access cache, I have another tough cache in mind for it.

BSB is resting atop Jerimoth Hill, the Highpoint of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations. A perfectly quite and remote cache which is not likely to be visited for 5 weeks.

I travelled from the commonwealth of Massachusetts to the state of Vermont and found this sleepy fellow along the way. Having walked many steps, I shall soon follow the boy to the Land of Nod.
