When I was a teenager I had a pen pal in Australia. She lived in Melbourne. I always wanted to go down and meet her and see the country I had only read about from her letters. I thought I would send this TB out to explore the country and find some intersting places for me to see in person, whenever I have the opportuinty to get there.

Please take pictures and tell me about the awesome places I should visit. NO PICS OF SNAKES PLEASE!!  LOL

I had this in my inventory for close to a year (I’m so sorry!) but for the life of me could not find where I physically left it. Finally discovered it in the pocket of my winter jacket, which only gets worn once or twice a year because I live in the tropics.
So, again, massive apologies, the beaver has been released into the wild once again. This time it is in tropical North Queensland - Cairns to be exact, awaiting the next part of its journey. Hopefully it won’t be here for long!

Retrieved from and amazing cache outside Australia’s best (and possibly only!) geocaching store while down in the Barossa Valley for a birthday geoadventure. Will take the beaver back hole with us...to Cairns, in Far North Queensland!
