Well, I’ve been caching for close to 20 years and have achieved many goals. The one goal that has been very elusive is the Jasmer Challenge. Over the years, I’ve slowly filled in the months on different trips around the country, but July 2000 and August 2000 have always evaded me.
Recently, ACT75 decided to remedy this with a pilgrimage to Lake Lanier in GA. So here we are today, with our guide Capt. John, who is going to escort us around the lake and help us fill in one of the last two months I need. We will soon get that last month later this afternoon.
Finding these caches is not just about completing the challenge; it’s about the journey, the friends made along the way, and the memories created. Thank you, ACT75 and Capt. John, for making this possible. Here's to nearly two decades of caching and the thrill of the hunt!
Happy caching to all!
Thanks for the hide.
