This bug needs to get to NYC (Brooklyn or Staten Island), so "Vizsla Bud" can sign it's arrival and get it round-tripped back to the Vizsla Bud cache (zip 34461)--from whence it came. Thanks to Papayank who got it on it's way.

"Doctor Vizsla Bud" is an interesting guy. A Maxillofacial surgeon by trade, he spends up to 25 weekends/year judging for the AKC. He is an official of the Westminster Kennel Club and judges "The Westminster" at Madison Square Garden nearly every year. See his (and his wife, Diane's) bio by searching Google.com for his home number, 718-667-6334. Simply put the number in the search area. Try it for your phone number, as well, to see if they have your address on file for the world internet. You may not even be so happy they do that, but they DO!--a little-known fact). Call Dr. Vizsla Bud at that number at home in Staten Island or office (Brooklyn--I believe it's listed) for that important, necessary signature. He's a friendly guy and if he has the time, he'll discuss the world's happenings with you. The T-bug is a small metal pin--a profile of a Vizsla dog's head.
