the Pterodactyl belongs to a 6 year old boy who loves dinos and sports.  He wants his trackable to visit some exciting places and geocaches world wide.  The owner lives in North Carolina but is starting this trackable at Cape Cod.  He would love the trackable to travel near and far and come back to North Carolina one day -so that he can retrieve it.
