Printable information sheet to attach to John Harrison Geocoin
Print Info Sheet |
|
The owner hasn't set their collectible preference.
John Harrison was the inventor of the Marine Chronometer or high accuracy timepiece with a special mechanism for ensuring and adjusting its accuracy. It was used in determining longitude at sea or for any purpose where very exact measurement of time is required.
I picked this coin up as a FTF prize and want it to roam the coastal regions of the world and report back via the logs and photos of fellow cachers.

Dipped on 26 Nov 2024 … late recording of dipping due to ‘life’!
.
Last day on my 2-week visit to Fiji, and the only cache available to visit and dip the trackables. This trip included the Spartan Race Trifecta Weekend at Sabeto followed by a week at Matamanoa Island Resort. Not to take the trackables back to Australia for a month before the trip to Winter Death Race in Pittsfield Vermont in January 2025 and a likely drop in the US for their travels to continue.

Nice little cache find with Pancake in the perimeter fence of the Tambourine Mountain Heritage Centre. An awesome storm throwing nature at us, we persevered to come up with the goods and to give some more miles to the TB!
