I found this gc from Tallinn at the Invasion of the Geocoin Designers cache http://coord.info/GC3T538 and and it was to my suprise unactivated. The cache owner is a geocoin designer and he leaves every now and then coins to be found and as a gift to other cachers. So thank you jpbarr!
