This patch is attached to my travel patches jacket and my mission is to be dicovered by my fellow geocachers.
Since I was a kid, I collected travel patches everywhere we went and I have continued as an adult. Not all gift shops sell travel patches anymore, so trying to locate a patch for my collection has sometimes led us to some really great adventures.
Upon returning from a vacation, we stopped to get a bite to eat at a local fast food place. While standing in line, the man behind me says, "Wow, you really get around don't you". I turned around with a scowl on my face and said, "Excuse me?" He quickly pointed to my jacket and we both had a really good laugh.
Everywhere I go, my jacket quickly becomes a conversation piece. This trackable Geocaching patch fits right in with my patches collection. I hope that other geocachers will notice the patch so that I can be "dicovered" all over the place, hehe.
