Daisy-Mae is in search of her boyfriend and intended hubby McDonald (TBF572). It seems that she is in a "delicate" way and has decided that McDonald has been away long enough. Her mission is to catch up with McDonald in a cache and have their chains linked and the two of them returned to Davis, CA for their wedding.
8 Mar 05 - McDonald has been seen in Phoenix
5 Apr 05 - McDonald evidently heading to San Diego
25 Apr 05 - Daisy-Mae has caught up with McDonald and they have their chains linked. Please send them north to Davis. Preacher-Cow awaits with the families.
10 Jun 05 - The happy couple seem to have blown right past Davis going from Southern CA up to Washington. Could she have caught the wandering urge from McDonald? Preacher-Cow and the family are getting restless. Please send them south.
25 Dec 05 - the happy couple have been joined for some time and are in CA - making their way home for the wedding.
Daisy-Mae is a UC-Davis heifer from the same herd as McDonald where they met. Poor little heifer is moooooning for her beloved.

I was doing an internet search of my great grandmother's name and ran across this trackable. Please tell me how you developed this idea for Daisy Mae to marry McDonald? If you're not a family member trying to re-enact the marriage of my great grandparents then this is a huge coincidence...lol! I am the third great grand daughter of W. P. Inman, the real life man who was the main character for Charles Frazier's novel "Cold Mountain", later turned into a movie by the same name. Inman's daughter, real life Willie Ida Inman married Bryson Alonzo Davis and had several children, one of which was Inman's granddaughter Daisy Mae Davis. Daisy married David Ecclesiastes McDonald and the two of them were both arrested under suspicion of involvement in the murder of Police Chief Aderholdt of Gastonia, NC during The Loray Mill Strike of 1929. Many other people were also arrested because it was a rioting situation and many people were present. Both of my great grandparents were eventually cleared of this crime but it does make for an interesting love story! David was a peg-legged traveling minister and they divorced in their twilight years only to remarry a few years later. Just had to contact you about this!
