Mackey bought the monkey at the Lincoln Park Zoo when 7 months old. Now at the old age of 9 months Mackey is ready to launch the bug. The goal is to keep the bug on the move and when Mackey is 2 years old his parents will travel to wherever the bug is and visit with the bug.

We had to hurry up and place Mackey's Monkey in another cache. He is so hyper - he kept jumping around in our back pack. We thought the Lost Lake cache would be a great spot. Maybe he could swim a little while waiting to be picked up by his next cacher. Goodbye Monkey, sorry that we did not have any bannanas to feed you.

Sorry I hung on to this for so long! He is now in the forest, I took a picture of him in the tree but I used my husbands camera and it didn't come out.
