About This Item

This achievement coin commerates to completion of our 2015 goal to find 100 total geocaches. We have been geocaching for a little over a year, since September 2014. We have found geocaches in multiple state across the country. Our most memorable geocaching experience in the first hundred finds was in May of 2015, on our first attempt to achieve 24 finds in 24 hours. We made the attempt in Fredricksburg, VA and had such a difficult time finding anything. Apparently, Fredricksburg hiders are very serious. We geocached all day (6+ hours) and had a 40% success rate.

We hope other beginners have as much fun as we have had during their first hundred.
