To have 1,000 different caches before I find 1,000 more caches.
My wife (frauwgc) gave me this coin as I got my 1,000th cache on my birthday.
My 1,000th find was the Earth Cache of "Lake Delton Catastrope" (GC2CTCN). This earth cache has an interesting history as on the morning of June 9, 2008 following several days of drenching rainfall, a low, weak area along the banks of Lake Delton gave way and washed out a strip of land separating Lake Delton from the Wisconsin River. In a matter of a few hours, the lake was trained of more than 600 million gallons of water, leaving muddy flats behind.
Portions of the lakeshore, as well as, County Highway A, which ran along the narrow stretch of land were washed away, including a handful of private homes which were damaged or destroyed completely.
