To see as much water and fishing sites as possible, and if there happens to be a picture of it then it’s just so much better.
This Travel Bug is for all of those, like me, that are now and then doing something else but they’d just ”Rather Be Fishing”.
Therefore it would be great if this guy could get to see as much water and fishing sites as possible, and if there happens to be a picture of it then it’s just so much better.
Caching and fishing are two things that just go marvellous together. Often there are caches near to just the best spots, and who hasn’t got his GPS along in order not to forget where that exact bend, reef or ridges were?
But as every Travel Bug with some pride just having your picture taken at some nice fishing spots isn’t enough so this one wants to go back where this whole story started.
Back in autumn of 2004 my friend Peter and I got the opportunity to do some real fishing in the area of Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This was made possible by two great fishermen and therefore this one is dedicated to them, and would like to go there again.
So many thanks to Bob H & Dan C for the best fishing trip ever!
Goals:
#1: To see, and get picture taken, as many fishing spots and related things as ever possible.
#2: To end up in the “Stush's Smallmouth Spot” Cache in Michigan (Use waypoint: GCMJ1G)
To get things started I’ve added some fishing related pictures. This will hopefully make you understand, if you don’t all ready, just why this is such a thrill.
