Picked up at Cape Henlopen State Park. The writing was faded so I found it from the cache page. Funny thing is a cacher named gearny (who is probably not in the USA) discovered it while I had the TB and before logging it, and they didn't log a find on the cache. I'm guessing they discovered it by the photo or they made a mistake. Anyway I've traced the code to make it more readable and will move it along.
