I received this awesome milestone coin from LeGrand after making my 5000th find.
I was introduced to geocaching by a mutual friend in January 2010 and was hooked immediately. LeGrand has been good friend in both my caching and personal life. He has been with on several hikes, GeoArt runs, and Mega Events in my quest to find 5K geocaches, including finds in several states.
My 5000th find was "P.O.Box New Hope, Alabama 35760" (GC6ROXH) in Decatur, Alabama. This puzzle cache is owned by one of my favorite partners in caching, rayb-lost, who was also instrumental on my road to 5K.
Thanks to so many fellow cachers along the way, I still enjoy this hobby immensely after six plus years. On to my next milestone of 10,000 finds.
