found this in parrots pearch, on sep 17th, and have been swamped since, so im finally logging this on sep 29th, sorry, hehe. what a great spot for a cache, kind of feel i need to do the coin just honor after removing it from an awesome area buy puting it in and equally cool spot, so it might take me a week or 2 to find a suitable one. im going caching in san diego beginning of november, but i think thats too long to hang on to an item. Needed to head to Mono County to complete the 58 Counties of California challenge, so decided to make a road trip out of it. Left San Jose early and headed up Hwy 4 to the north end of the county on Saturday. Spent Sunday exploring the Mono Lake area and then headed over Hwy 108 back home. Great weekend of caching. 41 caches. 648 miles, a lot of which was off road driving. Targeted Virtuals, Earthcaches, and off road caches so a solid mix of caches in there.
