Found Lucky Louie hiding under a bridge in West Linn, OR. Geo-boy and I rescued him and will get him back on his way soon.

This cache is near my fishing hole. Water is running particularly high now, but some salmon have been caught below the falls a week ago.

Now that's what I call a fishing lure. We will move Lucky Louie to the east a bit. Hopefully he can catch a boat heading further east up the Columbia.
