What with the popularity of J. R. R. Tolkien’s “The Lord of the Rings” epic these days, it is inevitable that there are caches related to the series placed all around the world. S’utsugua RingWraith is one of three Travel Bugs that is being released with the need to travel to such caches. These three Travel Bugs have an ambitious task ahead of them!

Frodo and his friends are bent on destroying the One Ring, the ring that can bind all other Rings of Power and make the being who wears it supremely powerful. Sauron has been searching for the ring since it was stolen from him by Gollum. Sauron has sent out allies under the guidance of the evil Witch-King to return the Ring to him. Ten locations have been identified as possible places where Frodo will try to go in order to find a way to destroy the Ring. The job of S’utsugua RingWraith and his two traveling companions N’oraf RingWraith and N’nelg RingWraith is to spread out and get to these locations first, and render them unusable to Frodo and his companions. Your help is required to move these Wraiths along on their journey, keeping them hidden in dark places as much as possible. Anyone who helps in moving these travelers along on their quest will be remembered. The reward will be a seat of great power in the new order for all those who guide either of these three travelers to the following portals into Middle Earth.

Today I retrieved this evil guy from the 4th Poffertjes Event in Arnhem. S'utsugua RingWraith is on an interesting mission indeed! But like someone else already said in his log for this TB the Dutch portal into Middle Earth has been 'temporarily' closed since December 18, 2006.
I'll send a message to The Fellowship to ask if this cache will be reactivated soon now or if it will stay archived.

We zijn dol op coins en TB’s. Ze zijn vaak erg mooi om te zien, of er zit een leuk verhaal aan vast.
Vandaag zijn we naar het poffertjes event geweest, en daar hebben we er een hoop gezien. Deze ook!
