I was bored at work one day and decided to try making a wood ball out of a chunck of lumber ... All done by hand , no lathe . I had a pretty sore wrist the next day from sanding it down for hours . I like feeling and rubbing my trackaball, there something therapeutic about it . Try for yourself you'll see what I mean.
