To mark the caches we do with our children, who have grown up geocaching!
This coin was a Christmas/Milestone present from phild31 who accompanied us on a frenzied rush to reach our 500th cache! He got to spend time with our kids and was inspired to give us this coin. We have been caching with both of them since they were babies and it has been a great family activity. Our oldest, E, knows many types of trees and flowers and is learning how to read maps and follow trails. At 17 months V started to get interested in the toys in the little boxes we were finding and always wants to hold the GPS. They learn something new with every walk in the woods!
