This little guy wants to travel around the US and see chemical manufacturing locations! PLEASE, take a picture of it near the sign of a local chemical plant or EVEN inside if you can. If you're an engineer, tell us a little about what you make!
This "bug" is a friend of MANY a chemical engineer! They will know it upon sight and will wonder why you would have it. It is called a Pall Ring and its job is to give a large amount of surface area in a distillation column for interaction between liquid and gas states. DON'T WORRY, it is new and has never been used.
This little guy wants to travel around the US and see OTHER chemical manufacturing locations than the one it came from. PLEASE, take a picture of it near the sign of a local chemical plant or EVEN inside if you can. If you're an engineer, tell us a little about what you make!
Chemical Manufacturing is not as scary as it may seem to those not familiar with it. The chemical industry is the nexus of many things you interact with on a DAILY basis: your mattress, your toothpaste, your medicines, and other parts of your daily life have components made in some of many chemical manufacturing locations all over the country.
And as normal, PLEASE, log your retrieval, and try to get him back on the road as quickly as you can. He started near Montgomery, AL and wants to go anywhere he can over 2016.
