I want to visit countries that do not use the metric system to allow local geocachers to better know the unit of measure that is the meter: Liberia, Burma, Palau, the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia and ... the United States of America.

The meter, of symbol m, is the unit of length of the International System. This is one of its seven basic units, from which derived units (SI units of all other physical quantities) are constructed.
First meter of the initial metric system, the meter (from the Greek μέτρον / metron, "measure") was first defined as the 10 000 000th part of a terrestrial meridian half, then as the length of a meter international standard, then as a multiple of a certain wavelength and finally, since 1983, as "the length of the path traveled by light in a vacuum for a duration of 299 792 458th of a second".
