Please don't keep me, I am a trackable traveling from cache to cache with a specific mission:
This Trackable's mission is to travel the world. My owner loves to see pictures of my adventures.
I was recently sent a Flat Stanley to tour Arizona from Mrs. Grose's 1st grade class in Mississippi. I had so much fun, I thought I would share the fun with my fellow geocachers by making a TB with a miniture Flat Stanley.
Based on the novel, “Flat Stanley”, written by Jeff Brown (in 1964), the students create their own Flat Stanley to travel the world.
In the story “Flat Stanley”, Stanley Lambchop and his younger brother Arthur are given a big bulletin board, by their father, to display pictures and posters. Their father hangs it on the wall over Stanley's bed. During the night the board falls from the wall, flattening Stanley in his sleep. He survives and makes the best of his altered (flat) state, and soon he is entering locked rooms by sliding under the door, and playing with his younger brother by being used as a kite.
Now Stanley wants to see the world and would like the help of the geocaching community shareing their adventures (Stanley doesn't take up a lot of space), and going to various points of interest.
One last thing. Stanley doesn't like being alone for long periods of time so when you drop him in a cache, please make sure it is an active cache. Of course direct handoffs are more than welcome.
