About This Item

This is in memory of Gerry Largay AKA Inchworm, who went missing under odd circumstances on the Appalachian Trail in Maine on July 22, 2013. Her remains were found October 14, 2015, just inside Navy SERE property boundry, and only 2100 feet from the Appalachian Trail she had been hiking. She apparently survived at least 26 days before passing away. Gerry was ex-military, a nurse, a quilter, a mother and grandmother. Most of all she was a woman who had the courage to follow her dream.
