About This Item

This £1 coin buddy has a sad history.  When I first received it I decided it was too big to fit in my pocket so it has been in a cupboard for years. Now that I have found it again I'm afraid it will soon be obsolete. In March 2017 new 12 sided £1 coins are going to be produced and the old ones will be withdrawn later in the year. So now I hope to send it on its journey to tell as many people as possible its sad tale.
