Out for an overdue stroll at Sierra Azul. Did a loop from Priest Rock Trailhead > lower Limekiln > Kennedy > side trip bushwhacking for some caches > Kennedy > back to the car via Priest Rock. Retrieved and archived a handful of my old caches along the way. Picked up some of the new placements since my last hike. 14.9 miles. ~3700 feet of ascent and for some reason ~3800 of descent.

A little stroll with AlphaRoaming, DragonsWest and PhadedTiger. Started up on St James and went to the Pulgas Water Temple and back. A couple quick caches along the way, the beer and sandwiches after. Nice way to spend the morning.

11:44:00 AM I had an interesting objective when targeting this cache. I started a MS in GIS program a few weeks ago through USC. (Geographical Information Systems) One of the assignments this week was to go out and find a geocache. Hmmm...think I can handle that one! Have to write up a short paper on my experience with the cache, so it seemed natural to go for an interesting Tattletales cache to fill the bill.
