Found in beautiful Holland Park in London. Hope it will bring some luck to me! 😁

During my recent holiday in Japan, I learned about some "lucky superstitions" that seem to be very common in Japan! For example, while visiting a temple (they are all over), you can shake a wooden box with a small opening until a stick with a number comes out of the hole (it doesn't fall out completely, so it will stay in there afterwards). According to your number, you can take a little paper out of one of the numbered drawers nearby. On this paper, you find some sort of a daily horoscope, telling you about different aspects of your life (if you can read it... most of the time it's only in Japanese, but sometimes you can get English ones 😁). After reading it, you should fold it together and tie it up to some strings serving for that purpose, and this shall bring you luck for the day... at least that's as far as I understood it 😛
