This Airbus A380 was released in a race on the 20th May 2007 and would like to travel to caches as far NORTH as its possible in the UK. Please move this TB on as quickly as possible and please only put him in regularly visited caches. Thanks very much.
This TB is a little rubber version of the A380, well there are not many caches to fit a full size one in and Im sure the cabin crew would object. I picked the A380 because the wings are made in Filton, Bristol which is my home city.
The Airbus A380 is a double-deck, four-engined airliner manufactured by EADS (Airbus S.A.S.). It is the largest passenger airliner in the world. It first flew on 27 April 2005 from Toulouse, France. After lengthy delays, commercial flights are scheduled to begin in late 2007. During much of its development phase, the aircraft was known as the Airbus A3XX. The nickname Superjumbo has become associated with the A380.
The A380's upper deck extends along the entire length of the fuselage. This allows for a cabin with 50% more floor space than the next largest airliner, the Boeing 747-400, and provides seating for 555 people in standard three-class configuration or up to 853 people in full economy class configuration (could you imagine how long it would take to load up, its bad enough with an A320!). The A380-800, the passenger model, is the largest passenger airliner in the world, superseding the Boeing 747. The A380 can fly from Chicago to Sydney nonstop, and a cruising speed of Mach 0.85 (about 900 km/h or 560 mph at cruise altitude).

Picked up this morning from our cache, thought this T.B. was quite fitting for me as I make 'bits' for the A380 every day (spoilers/pistons and actuators for you geeks out there😉)
Pity this T.B. didn't drop into our cache sooner as I have just returned from one of many cachin' trips to Inverness and it looks like its gonna be my last for a while now that Ryanair have stopped doing the Inverness 'run' from Liverpool, you can't get much further North than Inverness😉
Anyway, will move up North soon maybe in a cache near to the M6.
