This is a series of meaningful cats in my life. There are currently four in the litter with a fifth held in reserve if another cat should appear. (Chase, Tina, (TB7H3J0) Patches (TB7H3JD) and Churchill (TB7XKNT))
This fine kitty is named Chase. My niece and her children are the pet parents. They live in Pennsylvania. Baseball great Chase Utley was a player for the Phillies when they acquired the cat. He was their favorite player. So Chase the cat is named after a baseball player. (and here all this time I thought it was a cool name for something like CHASEing a mouse or something.) Chase is a Siberian cat and is supposedly non-allergenic to people usually allergic to cats. He was born in 2015.
