(ENG): He wants to see the homeland of chinchillas, in Region de Coquimbo, central Chile.
He loves movement, he does not like to be on one place for a long time.
Thanks.
(ESP) Little Chin quiere visitar la patria de las chinchillas, la región Coquimbo, en el centro de Chile.
(CZE) Cílem Malého cincily je dostat se do puvodního domova cincil do strední Chile.
Miluje pohyb, nerad je dlouho na jednom míste.
This TB is dedicated to chinchillas.
They originally lived in Andes in South America but they were hunted so extensively they were almost extirpated in nature. Today is surviving only a little population in central Chile. More info at www.wildchinchillas.org.
If you have some chinchilla as a pet (or more, of course), please add photo of TB with them to your log. Also photos of Little Chin TB taken on interesting places are welcome.

Retrieved the chinchilla TB from Geowoodstock XVI!!! When I got home that evening read up on it... this surely is a little world traveler!!!?? Reflecting on its mission, as well as the extended duration of its road trip to date, intend to take it to the Cincinnati Zoo soon, so it can hook up with some of its kind. My daughter and son-in-law work at the zoo, so will also try to see if any arrangements might be made with one of their colleagues to help the little rodent finally reach its goal!!!! TFTB
