SOOOOOOOOO very far from home or destination. It is my opinion that TB Laguna Beach should have had a GPS system on board. Here atop the Allegheny I can only assume he was drawn off his intended course by wonder/wander lust or some hugh Tsunami lifted him aloft to this elevation.
