FIND #6000 - Ghost Orchid
I had the privilege of taking this crazy trip with some of my crazy caching friends and a muggle. What an adventure. 24 hours prior, out leader backed out…but we went on anyways…Ikolor, Catfishpeppey, Lphill22, CBX25, Floridafinder, Mosquimoyo, and Toni (the muggle). What an adventure. 9 hours of hiking through the Florida swamp, with us being submerged in water for pretty much 95% in water. At times the water was over our belts and for some chest deep (Yes, Ikolor, I speak of you). There were trips…falls, cussing, laughter…stories…but this trip was EPIC, and the perfect way to celebrate 6000 finds. A HUGE thanks to the team that made this journey amazing. On to #7000!!!
