Current Goal

This American GI TB is a tribute to all of the military reserves who were called up and left their families to serve when their country called. Schudawg is a teacher at the school where I work. He was called to Iraq for a year and a one half. He never once complained. We are thankful that he has returned safely and has resumed teaching young people mathematics. GI Schudawg would like to travel liesurely and seeks no conflict. Note that he travels without any weapons. May he find peace wherever he goes.

    Spent half an hour at Peaceful Overlook searching for the Schudawg with no luck, so I'm assuming he is either lost or became a child's play thing. I wish I had left him at a less remote cache now...I'm really sorry.

    I'm dismayed to check up on this guy and see I was the last one to see him! I'll head back out to Peaceful Overlook (since deactivated) and see if he's still there.

    Doing some log maintenance to show the Dog's travels. I took him to Canada as planned, but the cache was down for maintenance. Since he went all of the way there, it's only fair that it shows on his travel map.

    I've held onto the Dog for far too long and will be looking for a suitable winter bivouac so that someone else can help him along.

    Found in the 9/11 Greenbelt cache in Harrisburg, PA.

    As a 19 year member of the Navy/Naval Reserve, I'm more than happy to see that this little guy gets some good R&R. I'm heading to Canada in two weeks and I'll find a cache for him to enjoy as he goes international.

    Placed in 9/11 Remembered on the Greenbelt We wanted to let this guy visit the 9/11 memorial cache on the 4th of July but he didn't stay to long. He moved before we got home to log our visit. Hope he enjoys Canada!
