About This Item

There are several rules that apply to the associated travel bugs.
1.) The travel bugs must remain in Centre County.
2.) When a travel bug is found, move it to another cache.
3.) Only have one travel bug in your possession at a time.
4.) Place the travel bug in a cache that does not already have one.
5.) Absolutely no event caches.
The above rules are all intended to maintain the challenge of this cache. Remember the challenge that you encountered and try to make the next cacher's experience just as challenging.

Not sure what happened to the Travel Bug itself. I guess I'll have to reconstruct another one and get it back out there. Sorry for any inconvenience. If anybody has any insight as to how or why the tag got removed, let me know.

I visited "Freedom isn't Free" and found a dog tag with nothing attached. So I wrote down the tracking # but left it behind in the cache. It turns out it was the one I was looking for - but nothing was attached as another cacher noted as well. What's the deal ??????

Sailing Around Centre County has returned safely back into port. It has been docked at 'Freedom isn't Free' (GC1BE3D) after seeing service with the JPD. It's tour with this Officer had it on; 6 Foot Patrols, 4 Family Disputes, 2 Arrests, 2 Warrant Pick Ups, 1 Drive By, 1 Neighbor Dispute, 1Hang-Up, and 1 Dog Complaint.

We picked up Madison from Penn State. This is the first Travel Bug I took. I brought it home to Johnstown (Cambria County), not knowing it had to stay in Centre County. Will return to Centre County after taking it to work on Monday.
