Current Goal

Being a Retired Military person, I'd like this TB to travel around the United States and visit all the different Military Installations and have a picture taken by the entrance to the gates of the Military Bases and Posts.

I had to re-do this one.. Some Muggle evidently wanted it a LOT worse than I did..   I just don't know WHY people take the TB's for their own.. They still belong to the owner(s).. They're made to be moved on to other caches..   NOT TO BE KEPT BY THE FINDER!!!"

About This Item

Col. Sherman T. Potter, M*A*S*H 4077

In the 1970's, one of our Family Favorite TV shows was: "M*A*S*H 4077". After the kids got home from school, and before supper, we'd all sit down and enjoy this hillarious show!! Even today we still enjoy seeing; Radar, Klinger, Hawkeye, Margaret, Lt. Col Henry Blake, Col. Sherman T. Potter, and even Frank Burns, on late night TV. Each and every one of the Characters were GREAT, but most people had their Favorite.. Mine was Col. Sherman T. Potter. Rank: Colonel, Serial No: RA41021629, Hometown: Hannibal, Missouri. He was named after the famous General William 'T' Sherman.. He left home at 15 to join the Cavalry. After serving in the First World War, he was inspired by his Uncle Roy, who was a Veterinarian, to study medicine and become an Army doctor. He became a surgeon in 1932. Has a son Cory who is a dentist and a granddaughter Cheryl Pershing Potter. His son-in-law, Bob Wilson, is a traveling salesman. Favorite author is Zane Gray. His Hero is Abraham Lincoln. To relax he looks after his horse and paints. One of his famous quotes: "I've got a soft spot for Klinger. He looks a little like my son, and he dresses a lot like my wife." Another was: "Horse Hockey"!!! That is why I named this TB "Horse Hockey", after Col Sherman T. Potter. M*A*S*H 4077... The hockey puck itself was manf. IN Slovakia and given to me by a some good friends we'd met IN Texas... They asked if I'd like to have it. I told them; "sure, I'll make it into a Travel Bug".. So, here it is!!! Please help it to "do it's thing"...
