Vroom Vroom!
Jenifer's 2002 Mustang was purchased new on November 19th, 2001 and had only 4 miles on it at that time. Now Eleanore (as she is called) has been a reliable steed for well over 100,000 miles and Jenifer has been her (literal) only driver ever. They've been through thick and thin together, and many huge life changes, both good and bad.
Alas, Ellie has been replaced by something more reliable in the terrible Michigan winters and she only comes out to play during the summer months when the snow and ice won't damage her beauty. Perhaps this mini Ellie can travel far and wide in her spirit.
As a magazine page clipped in 2002 and taped on her dash says, "The spirit runs quick. The spirit runs deep. Whatever it is, she loves her new Mustang."
While the paper is so old it has yellowed, the spirit still runs deep and Jenifer still loves her [old] Mustang.
Please send Ellie far and wide. Pictures of Ellie experiencing true kitchy Americana are greatly appreciated.
