Found Old Bill in one of our 10th Anniversary Caches (GC1T2A7) and since he wasn't logged as being here grabbed him to take and place somewhere else. Happened to have an RCMP Patch from a previous caching experience so post the pic of Bill and the Patch. He is working well as eastriver was blowing him in celebration of his release from our cache.
