Well the tour group arrived in Beloit on Sunday night the 25th. The TB's seemed to have disappeared after they saw the giant Can of Bean Chili near the hotel. Needless to say, we had all the windows on the tour bus wide open for Monday’s caching adventures.
We started by visiting Beloit's Historical Water that was completed in 1889. The 100 foot tall limestone pedestal seen today held a large cypress tank on top. The original purpose was to maintain water pressure for downtown and to ensure that firefighters had enough water pressure to fight fires.
