Alex MacKenzie - From Canada by Land

The travel bug is attached to a mini orange running shoe. Stuffed inside is a rock picked up beside the Alexander Mackenzie Rock (the historic site in the Dean Channel near Bella Coola. A rock engraved with "Alex MacKenzie from Canada by land 22July 1793") Once the TB reaches the East Coast (Newfoundland), keep the rock and trade it for one from the beach (possibly a historic site there?) and send it home again.

Picked up the Orange Runner at Cachuma Lake near Santa Barbara while camping with a YMCA group. I might hold onto it a bit as I'm headed to SD next month if the owner doesn't mind.
