Finally got around to getting some hockey related pics (see log on 12/9). Will drop on our next caching run, probably on New Year's Day unless I can convince the wife to head out before then.

I actually retrieved this from the New Brooklyn multicache and dropped it off at the SJG Christmas Party, but didn't log it fast enough before someone else picked it up and logged it.

Grabbed this at the SJG Christmas Meet and Eat. We are hockey fans too, although we are partial to the Flyers, even if it has been 23 years since our last Stanley Cup Championship. Maybe next year (for the 23rd time). We will do our best to get some hockey related pics with Go Canes before we drop it in a cache.

  • Go Canes! with autographed Flyers pucks and hat The autograph is that of Bernie Parent, one of the best goaltenders to ever play the game. He lead the Flyers to their only two Stanley Cup Championships in 1974 and 1975.
  • Go Canes! with a Flyers bobblehead This is a picture with a Peter Forsberg bobblehead. I received this bobblehead as a giveaway at a home Flyers game two years ago against the Washington Capitals.
