THE RACE IS ON... KEEP ME MOVING FAST. "SAILS TO THE EAST" Is a Travel Bug that MUST ONLY move EAST, OR NORTH, OR SOUTH Of The CACHE Where you Found it. PLEASE NEVER MOVE THIS SAILING VESSEL WEST. I want to travel around the circumference of the globe "Cache by Cache" till I make it back to my owner in Trenton Ontario, Canada in a race against my sister ship whose destination can only go WEST. Both are leaving the owners hands on March 16th 2007 and would like to be back by NOVEMBER 7th 2010. PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF ME AS I circumnavigate the globe and especially near marina signs. I would also like to pose with other much larger ships and sailing vessels and visit many PORTS OF CALL if I can. SMOOTH SAILING AND HAPPY TRAVELS TO BOTH.
"SAILS TO THE EAST" is in a race with its sister "SAILS TO THE WEST".
It is a pewter sail boat that I launched on March 16th 2007.
SAILING OFF INTO THE SUNSET AS THEY BOTH HEAD IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS AND MEET BACK IN TRENTON WITHIN 3 YEARS.

Picked this up from a beautiful spot by a river. We will help it on its way by moving it in a south easterly direction.

Hasn't gone as far as I had hoped, the ship is near a river though so hopefully will be sailing further East soon! :-)

Trying to decide how to get this further east! I do have cousins in Wales - maybe they geocache? I am going to have to find out. If not, I think Cape Spear might be the place. It is the furthest point east in North America.
Follow-up: I mailed this bug last week to my cousin in Wales, UK. She is going to keep it moving East.

This cache is as far east as it will make it in North America. Seems as if it has to travel backward in order to go forward. It has been 'stuck' in the province for some time. Will place in a cache that is more likely to get it on the move and continue on its journey.
