Discovered a BUNCH of neaty TBs and a few coins at the SLAGA Christmas party. Hope these bugs all get moved on to their next stop soon. Merry Christmas!

I'm heading to DC tomorrow then Oklahoma the end of the month, so depending on how much room I have in my suitcase this guy may get dipped in Maryland (if I'm lucky for my first find there), Virginia (leave it there if I find a TB hotel large enough) or along to Oklahoma if I need.

Due to a flat tire that messed with our planned geocaching schedule, we weren't able to leave you in the San Antonio area like we had planned before we headed home. So we figured we'd drop you somewhere on our return route. It wasn't until after we dropped you and we got a bit further down the road that we realized how close we dropped you to where we picked you up. Sorry! But we hope you enjoy your visit by the zoo. Maybe they can help you determine what kind of animal you are. Safe travels. The 3Ks

We're in San Antonio, and have been doing some sightseeing. I got to The Alamo today, the Texas Ranger Museum, strolling along The Riverwalk, etc. Very nice, but very hot and humid - upper 90s.

Well - the folks I'm currently traveling with are trying to find some "blue" things for me. They realized (took from yesterday to this morning - how slow are they?) that their geocaching swag box is blue. They wanted to stop at Fantastic Caverns - not much blue there and no geocaches that they looked for. But they found some blue lettering for me. And the caves are a constant 60 degrees, so maybe some of the people were blue. They did better at lunch. We stopped at Clanton's Cafe on Route 66 - the sign had plenty of blue - I wonder if you'll even be able to find me. We stopped at several geocaches after lunch, but the best was the last of today - Thar She Blows! (GC4ADE). It is located near a famous Route 66 landmark. A big blue whale. They told me the whale wouldn't eat me, but I was a little worried since I was on a table and the whale sure looked like he thought I'd be a good snack. I decided to hang out with these folks for a bit longer since they protected me from him.
My pictures will be posted - but not until they get home from vacation.
