Current Goal

Alexander's Travel Bug: The goal of this travel bug is to travel to Long Island, NY from Chandler, AZ (where I live). I visit my son in Huntington, NY periodically and I'd like to introduce him to the world of geocaching by retrieving this travel bug with him on one of my upcoming visits. Please help this travel bug make the journey from Chandler, AZ to Long Island, NY. Anywhere in Nassau or Suffolk Counties is fine, the Town of Huntington would be outstanding. Pictures from the trip would be great to share with my boy too. Thanks!!

Alexander and I went out to retrieve his travel bug today. It finally made the trip from Arizona. It took pretty close to three years and over 5200 miles to make the trip but it did make it. Thanks to all the geocachers that helped. Alexander was thrilled to find his bug and will cherish it always!

I wish this bug would have had something saying where it was going as I grabbed it and am back upstate, but we were caching with Long Islanders. I am going to see if I can get this in their hands to help it meet its goal.

Saw this traveler together with Spielwolf. There were two geocoins together with a loose sheat of paper with some instructions what to do with one of the trackables. Since we were not sure to which one the notes belonged, we left all three of them.
