This TB has been with us for quite a long time, waiting for us to bring it back to the UK. Today we said goodbye to it, leaving it in a geocache in Somerset next to an old building (a court). We made a picture before dropping it of and will add that to our log as soon as we are back in Holland again. Hope it will see many more historic sites in England.

This TB is already with us for some time now. Within 2 weeks we will travel to the UK and will take it with us, to drop it there. As this TB wants to stay close to castles, ruins and other historic sites, today we took it for a picture to a castle in our little village. This castle is called "Sypesteyn" and it is in Loosdrecht. It is not that old, as the original castle from the 15th century was destroyed. On the old fundaments this new castle was built around 1900. The TB liked very much to see it! Now we will prepare him to go back to England soon.

As written in our previous log, this TB only went with us to this cache for today. He will stay with us to return to England in May. If we go for some very special caches in the meantime, we will take him with us to see some sited in the Netherlands.

This TB needs to stay with us untill May, when we will take it with us to the UK, as the TB wants to go back to England. But when we go for a very special geocache adventure, like today, it does not want to stay home alone, so it goes with us. Today we did the geocache "Heaven of Hel", a very very nice cache that took us 9 hours to find it (and before we had to read a book and find clues to even start the cache). This TB wants to visit historic sites, like castles and ruins. Well, we did find some ancient burial mounds on our way through the woods, he liked to see those as well. And we visited Hotel The World in Wageningen during this cache adventure. Although this is not an ancient site, it is very important in Dutch (and World) history. In this hotel on May 5th 1945 the Germans signed the capitulation agreement that ended World War 2. As the TB did not want to stay behing in the woods alone, we just logged him in this cache and took him home again, waiting for his return to England.

We found this TB on a lovely sunny day in spring, all alone in the middle of green fields. We read it wants to travel to the British isles, but apparently it now ended up in the Netherlands. We will travel to England in May, so AtwaterKent please let us know if you want us to bring this TB back to England, or that you prefer to have it stay in the Netherlands.
